Join Gabby Lombardo and Lauren Clausen for this opportunity to take your AcroYoga practice to the next level! In this 3 hour Intermediate workshop we’ll push your limits- working on conditioning, endurance, flows, transitions, and many things in between.
How is this different from a regular class you ask? Well, it’s twice as long and there will be pie at the end. But actually, this will be different from a class, because everyone will be at the same or similar levels and we’ll be raising the bar. We will run pre-requisites at the beginning of the workshop to make sure that everyone will be safe, and capable of partaking.
Once we get down to business, we’ll take a deeper dive into the practice, exploring more difficult postures and spending more time breaking down the details. We want you to walk away with new skills and new places to explore in your practice.
Pre-Requisites: Minimum 6 months of AcroYoga practice, 10 second spotted handstand, shoulder stand, reverse star. If you have any questions of whether you meet these pre-reqs, send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org
