7:30-9 pm Brooklyn Boulders Somerville
Open Level AcroYoga: Lift your friends instead of weights! Get stronger through partner exercises and learn the foundations of a solid AcroYoga practice. Build strength, body awareness, inversions, trust, and communication! No partner required, come alone or bring a friend. Open to first timers and all levels.

Thursday

7:30-9 pm Brooklyn Boulders Somerville
Intermediate AcroYoga: You’ve got the AcroYoga basics down, now let’s elevate your AcroYoga practice to the next level! This fast paced class presents tricky transitions, delicate balances, partner flows, and washing machines. Come prepared to work hard, spot well, and have fun!
This class is not suitable for beginners. For the safety of all participants this class has prerequisites, and you may be asked to leave if you do not meet the following criteria: Attended at least 5 AcroYoga Conditioning classes and/or can base, fly, and spot the following postures- Bird, Throne, Star, Shoulder Stand, and Foot to Hand. If you have any questions, please contact the instructors.
